I have experienced worst teller service in Abu dhabi khalifa street ..(main br. ) After long time waiting they told me to bring additional print out of the check ..i brought it within 10 minutes. But she left before i reached there..and other tellers requested me to come other day.. I have lost more than an hour if they work for me less than 5 minutes nothing to loss for them. If you want to get any teller service go to any other branches rather than Main branch in Abu dhabi. I have received better experience in Marina mall branch in Abu dhabi , Abu dhabi mall branch and very good experience in Salam street br. & etihad br. I don't know what other branches behaves to their customers.

Unbelievable, Is this a real bank. I swear I've never experienced such poor service oh my God. You can not contact them over the phone and when you go to the bank the say you have to call us is we are a customer service office, we can not help. This is they biggest joke ever.
